Dave Horacek joins Allied Commercial as Vice President of Brokerage for the Fort Wayne market. With a wealth of expertise in commercial real estate, Dave is dedicated to providing clients with forward-looking market insights and strategic guidance that inform decision-making, maximizing value and opportunities. His accolades include recognition as a CoStar Group 2023 award winner and CoStar Power Broker, along with receiving the 2024 Crexi Platinum Award for the Fort Wayne Retail market. Before transitioning to commercial real estate, Dave served as the Director of Complex Corrections and Escalation Management at Lincoln Financial Group, where he led multiple teams and focused on enhancing customer experiences and implementing process improvements.

Throughout his time in brokerage, Dave has earned the respect of his industry peers through active listening, deep market knowledge, and exceptional communication skills. Outside of work, Dave enjoys quality time with his wife and three children, and actively coaches and participates in youth sports throughout Fort Wayne, IN.

Kaleb works with a passion for ensuring the marketable interest of all Allied has to offer. As the Marketing Coordinator, he handles all facets of brochure production, listing creation/management, social media and graphic design. Along with handling the day-to-day marketing associated with the Brokerage, Kaleb is also responsible for designing and implementing Allied’s Business Development resources, such as proposals and market updates. Kaleb remains a licensed broker and handles transactions primarily in the retail and industrial sub-markets, as well as business acquisitions.

When not in the office, Kaleb enjoys watching Arsenal Football Club, going on drives, and riding his motorcycle. A motorsport enthusiast, he enjoys racing wherever he can at karting venues and track days. In his spare time, Kaleb likes to hang out with friends and play video games. He received a collegiate scholarship to play a video game competitively, in which he was one of the top players in the world at the time.

Nate is a crucial piece in ensuring the success of any listing at Allied Commercial. Nate assists the brokers on each listing, ensuring that they have all the tools they need to succeed. To a client, he is the main touch point aside from the broker. He is in charge of keeping performance reports on properties up to date and ensuring that they reach the client. Aside from this, Nate is the heart and soul of the Allied “cookbook” and is responsible for maintaining the progress of each property through each stage.
